SHAC, a celebratory opening of the 2019 Arts Walk, part of the Ballarat Heritage Weekend program. It was opened by the Art Gallery of Ballarat curator Julie Mclaren and chair Ian Kemp. The event was held at the North Bowls Club, in Soldiers Hill.
