He currently works in a diverse range of creative media and is pursuing a strong interest in typography and the process of traditional Letterpress printing.
The Printing process:
All images appearing in this exhibition are individually handset, locked up and printed using the Letterpress printing method on presses dating back to the late 19th century. The letterforms are rare large wooden printing blocks which form part of a larger collection obtained internationally and locally over a number of years. Each letter is unique as it has had its own journey, this can be seen by the individual marks reproduced on each of the printed outcomes.
Arrangements can be made, should you wish to commission an alternative letter.
