Donna McClure Crebbin
I am a photographer connected to mountain landscapes, snow-covered environments, and the wildlife that inhabits them. Much of my work is created in high-country wilderness areas, where hiking through changing weather and rugged terrain shapes how I see and photograph the land. These places demand patience, respect, and a willingness to move slowly and attentively. I am drawn to moments that reveal the character of alpine environments: animals moving through snow, shifting light across mountain ranges, and the quiet resilience of life in cold conditions. Whether working in daylight or low light, I use natural light to capture both the scale and intimacy of these landscapes, allowing the environment to guide each image. My work has been recognised with recent awards in Wilderness Photographer of the Year, presented in solo exhibitions, and selected for the Photo Biennale Open Program. Through my photography, I share a connection to wild mountain places. IN: pixspics2024 F: Donna Crebbin -Pixs Pics- Photography E: [email protected] |
